DESH has specific targeted community such as Indegenous, Dalit, Language minority, Disabilty & Third Gender and Commercial Sex Worker community. Through two decades of experience in organizing and mobilizing in the community the OPD & CBOs are at the heart of DESH development approch. DESH has realized that building CBOs at different levels is a prerequisite for people contred, participatory, self reliant and sustainable development process. Inially theses community identified their existing problems and then the planned for the sustainable development through developing action plan in a participatory method. It also includes with formation CBOs and activation approach that will be approach towards their community development including disability. Thus the community strenghthening their capacity through this win win approach.
