Research, Trainning and Capacity Building
DESH training cell recognizing the importance of continuing capacity building for staff, clients and other stakeholders. Its primary role is to elevate the competence and professionalism of DESH staff and program stakeholders through the coordination and facilitation of diverse human development and facilitation of diverse human development and managrement training initiatives. DESH training methods focus on creating and delivering customized training programs that meet the specifi needs of program staff and stakeholdres from DESH and others CSOs aiming to enhance the effectiveness in achieving prpgram objectives. DESH training cell has over 20 skilled and highly experienced subject-specific resource persons who possess expertise in developing and conducting various training course to meet the needs of staff, clients, and other program stakeholders. DESH also conducted necessary training project in differnet sector of GO & CSOs like as Child Development, reproductive health, LSBE, adolscent empowerment package and vulnerable women benefit.


DESH has a research team is consisted of 5 members (3 men & 2 women) is incurred for generating innovative ideas on education, socio-economic development of the poor in the realistic view based on its developing plan for effective implementation. Along with DESH also involved with different agency in colloaborating reasearch type activities. DESH Has been Implementing Red Chittagong Cattle (RCC) Project in 10 District of Bangladesh funded by Bangladesh livestock reaches institute (BLRI). The activities of the project are- Baseline Survey, Tissue Collection and RCC Promotions the farmer Through FGD, KII and Interview in the area of the Districts of Shariatpur, Cox’s Bazar, Chittagong, Kurigram, Dhaka, Tangail. Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Rongpur and Shylet. World Vision (WV) Bangladesh with funding support from World Vision (WV) USA has started to operating a Gift Catalogue livestock project in 2014 entitled “Nutrition and Income securety Enhancement through Livestock asset transfer – NICE LIFE (Sundor Jibon) ” in three Area Development Program (ADPs) of WV Mymensingh divisions for a duration of three years (2016). DESH also researched & study of NICE LIFE project.
