Our Objectives
- Advocate for stronger legal frameworks and policies that promote child protection and gender parity and prevent all forms of abuse, exploitation and violence against children and women.
- Provide income generating (IGA) firm & off-firm training and support services especially for girls and women of the poor/extremely poor households to build economically resilient livelihoods and women empowerment.
- Provide training and capacity building programs for staff, community volunteers and other members to enhance their knowledge and skills in protection, enabling them to identify and respond effectively to protection concerns.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and community outreach initiatives to raise awareness on the legitimate rights of children and women, gender disparity and gender-based violence, sexual abuses, positive parenting and so on.
- Operate special care services for children with disabilities and their care givers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safeguarding policies and protocols to ensure safety and well-being of children, youth and adult within the organization’s programs and activities.
- Establish partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders such as government agencies, NGOs, INGOs, civil societies and community-based organizations to build and strengthen mutual understanding and coordinated response mechanisms.
- Undertake humanitarian response initiatives for communities inflicted by disaster situations targeting mitigation of immediate needs of the most vulnerable as well as supportive activities for community-based disaster risk reduction.
